The hotel rooms were of a good size with 1 comfy chair and a hard chair, very convenient location just 6-7 mins from Toyocho subway station and 12-15 mins away from central Tokyo/Tokyo station. The rooms were clean with western beds, wide screen TV, hot water flasks, and lashings of hot water. The free WiFi and mini-bar fridge added to the convenience.
